I’ve been captivated by how people grow, adapt, and express purpose for as long as I can remember.

Today, I feel incredibly fortunate to have built a career around this curiosity - partnering with senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven professionals to help them clarify who they are, adapt with integrity to a rapidly changing world, and make meaningful impact.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve logged thousands of coaching hours with more than 700 leaders across four continents. My work centers on helping clients articulate their values and leadership identity, strengthen their personal brands, and guide their teams through complexity and change.

In addition to my coaching work, I’ve led talent development initiatives at world-class organizations and earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology. I’m also a credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

These experiences led me to develop the Embody, Evolve, Amplify framework that grounds my coaching:

• Embody: Identify your core values and purpose, and express them clearly through aligned behavior and authentic leadership presence.

• Evolve: Strengthen the leadership capabilities that help you meet the moment, and grow with agility as the context shifts.

• Amplify: Communicate with clarity, lead with intention, and create a ripple effect that magnifies your influence and impact.

In 2023, I launched Sunburst Leadership to deliver customized, high-impact coaching and team development experiences to individuals and organizations. Our work is grounded in self-awareness, guided by purpose, and built for transformation.

My work at Sunburst fills me with satisfaction and fuels the other parts of my life, which includes being a wife to my husband and a mother to two beautiful, curious, and kind children.
